RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
- We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unused product with original tags & packing within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- Products with genuine fault ‘ll be replaced free of cost and shipper ‘ll arrange the pick up of wrong product from your given address in the available service areas.
- Delivery charges of return and exchange will not be refunded if there’s no genuine fault.
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to send the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address if he/she wants to return due to change of mind or any other reason.
- Only the products with genuine fault ‘ll be exchanged or refunded.
- Due to use of Studio lights in shoot actual product color might slightly vary from the image and that product ‘ll neither be exchanged nor refunded.
- If you receive any product other than your order you’ll be issued a voucher and that ‘ll be compensated to your next order.
- Delivery Charges according to courier service will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
